How much can I borrow with an auto title loan?
The amount you can borrow will be determined by the value of your vehicle. Auto title loan amounts are based on the vehicle’s wholesale value.

Does the vehicle title need to be in my name?
Yes. The loan must be in the name of the person whose name appears on the title.

Does the lender keep my car for collateral?
The lender will not take physical possession of your vehicle for a title loan and you will be able to drive your vehicle for the duration of the loan. The lender will hold the title and once the loan is paid in full, you will immediately get your title back. In some states, there are loans called “title pawn loans”, with this type of loan the lender will actually keep your vehicle. This is NOT the case with auto title loans.

Do I need to be currently employed?
Employment income is preferred and highly recommended, but you may get a car title loan with proof of stable income such as Social Security benefits, retirement, or disability benefits.

Is there a fee for paying a title loan off before the due date?
No early payoff is never penalized. In fact, we encourage you to pay off the loan amount early.

This really all depends upon how quickly you can obtain the documentation needed. Once all of your documents are in order, the loan process is normally very quick.

In addition to the above personal requirements, you will need the make, model, year, and VIN number of your vehicle. At that point you will get a customized loan offer. You are never under any obligation to accept the loan offer.
